i know, old news. if you know Nancy and i you've known that for months. well, we now know the estrogen levels in the Braye household will be rising in November. we're having a baby girl. buy stock in pink fabric now. with our family, it's price will be higher than oil.

Transformers

seeing Transformers last night was the most fun i've had at the movies in a long time. this is Michael Bay at his best. Bay makes fun movies: Pearl Harbor, The Rock, Armageddon, The Island, Bad Boys (1&2). the special effects are out of this world, the action is amazing, and the set pieces are awesome. this is not an art film. this is not a "make you think" movie. i love these films as well. however, like the writer of Ecclesiastes wrote: "There is a time for everything..." there is a time for artistic films, thinking films, and a time for action/explosions/robot fun movies. Transformers is the latter. i give it the all spark out of the all spark.
